Support & Administration

Being an online marketing agency, we aim to be your one-stop-shop for all your online requirements and hope to continue working with you far beyond your initial website launch.

We offer technical support as well as administration, including tactical planning for campaigns and basic publishing support. 

Administration

We are glad to assist with most admin tasks that you can think of in the online realm. Some examples of what we can help you with are:

• Search engine optimisation by promoting on online directories and search engines.
• Setup and coordination of EDM (Electronic Direct Mail, also known as email) campaigns.
• Content coordination and publishing. This is particularly useful if you have a large product catalogue collection of offline materials that you want to put online.
• Help promoting Social Media channels or campaigns.

Technical Support

Any website we deliver will come with 2 months of post go-live support. This includes guidance on how to use of your website CMS and, of course, technical fixes should any glitches arise. We also provide on-going support chargable at an our hourly rate.
